HOOVER — The Egg & I restaurant will open its third Birmingham area restaurant at Arbor Place Shopping Center on U.S. 280.

An opening date for the Colorado-based franchise is not yet confirmed. The restaurant will move into the 4,650-square-foot space once occupied by Dale’s Southern Grill, and will include a private meeting room that can be reserved for free Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Birmingham-based Ponder Properties oversaw the lease agreement. The Egg & I already has one location in Hoover at Chace Lake in Riverchase and another location in Vestavia Hills.
