Justin and Melissa Brown of Farmington, N.M., are excited to announce the arrival of Cecelia Rose Brown, born Feb. 5, 2014, at San Juan Regional Medical Center weighing 8 pounds 11 ounces and measuring 21 and one quarter inches.

Proud grandparents are Chris and Scott Oyer and Teresa Smith and Buddy Brown.
