The South Shelby Chamber of Commerce launched a more “user friendly website” Friday, Feb. 21, announced executive director April Stone.

The website boasts many new features such as rotating pictures of the different communities, a page devoted to membership benefits and an extensive member directory that lists contact information for all members of the South Shelby Chamber of Commerce.

“This website is going to be everyone’s first introduction to the South Shelby Chamber of Commerce,” Stone said. “I wanted it to be aesthetically pleasing and user friendly.”

The website, designed by ZeeKee Interactive and hosted through WordPress, will feature a continuously updated events section with details such as directions and times, Stone said.

“A lot of events are going on the in communities that we serve, and the website will be a source of information for both chamber and community events,” Stone said. “This (new website) is a tool for businesses and a great introduction to the chamber.”
