COLUMBIANA—Columbiana police are investigating a robbery that happened at Sanpeggio’s Pizza, located at 295 Columbiana Square, Sunday, Jan. 19.

According to Columbiana Police Chief Lamar Vick, a man robbed the store and left on foot Sunday evening at approximately 6 p.m..

“He said he had a firearm,” Chief Vick said, “but he didn’t pull one out.”

No injuries were reported.

Chief Vick said no arrest has been made at this time but that the Columbiana police are following up on several leads.
