-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2300 block of Kala Street, Helena (residence/home). Stolen were a check book valued at $2, a carton of cigarettes valued at $35 and a black nylon bag containing lug nuts for a Honda valued at $50.

-Theft of property III from Hyndham Parkway, Helena (restaurant). Stolen was $30 using conterfeit U.S. currency.

Damages in the amount of $250 were done to Costa sunglasses.
