Man arrested for ecstasy distribution at North Shelby apartments

COLUMBIANA — A Bessemer man is being held in the Shelby County Jail on charges of distribution of a controlled substance at a North Shelby apartment complex.
Quran Elijah Wilson, 20, was arrested and booked Nov. 18 on three charges of distribution of ecstasy at Colonial Village at Inverness apartments back in February. Wilson, who is also charged with alias writ of arrest, is being held in the Shelby County Jail on bonds totaling $45,000. No bond was set for Wilson’s alias charge.
