-Animal complaint from the 1030 block of Ninth Avenue Southwest (highway, street). -Criminal trespass third degree from the 1300 block of West Navajo Drive (resi- dence, home).
-Alias writ of arrest and criminal mischief third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store). Damaged was a Ford Crown Victoria in the amount of $300.
-Criminal mischief third degree from CVS Pharmacy (drug store). -Theft of property third degree from Amy’s Hallmark (department store). Stolen was jewelry valued at $9.99.
-Property damage from Kent Dairy Road (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Quest in the amount of $500. -Public intoxication and possession of
a controlled substance from 13th Avenue Southwest (highway, street). Confiscated were controlled substances.
Oct. 11
-Information only report from the 200 block of Queen’s Gate (residence, home). -Theft of property third degree from Thompson High School. Stolen was an iPhone 5 valued at $300. -Information only report from the 1700 block of Tahiti Lane (department store). Stolen was a credit card.
-Property damage from the Shelby Baptist Medical Center parking lot (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a Chevrolet Astro in the amount of $500.
-Barking dogs from the 200 block of Fran Drive (residence, home). -Property damage from the 1000 block of First Street North (parking lot, garage). -Trespassing notice from the 1500 block of Mitch Lane (residence, home). -Information only – counterfeit money from the 800 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (other, unknown). Recovered was counterfeit currency.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 100 block of Long Feather Hill (resi- dence, home). Stolen were a purse valued at $250, a work ID, $50 in U.S. currency, a Wells Fargo debit card, two credit cards and a guitar valued at $600.
-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from Williams Drive (residence, home). -Information only report from the 200 block of Brentwood Drive (residence, home). Stolen was a cashier’s check in the amount of $4,000.

-Information only report from the 900 block of Third Avenue North (residence, home). -Theft of property third degree from B&G Antiques (specialty store). Stolen was a chair valued at $250.
-Hospice death investigation from the 800 block of 12th Street Southwest (residence, home). -Runaway from the 100 block of Timber Ridge Drive (residence, home). -Information only report from the 1300 block of Royalty Drive (church). -Possession of marijuana second degree and possession of drug paraphernalia from the 100 block of Winterhaven Cove (high- way, street). Confiscated were marijuana and a socket.

-Using a false identity to obstruct justice from the 200 block of Primrose Drive (highway, street). Stolen was other. -Criminal mischief third degree from the 80 block of Bare Tree Drive (residence, home). -Theft of property from Montevallo Place Apartments (residence, home). Stolen were a refrigerator valued at $485, a stove valued at $418 and a dishwasher valued at $265. -Criminal littering and criminal trespass third degree from the 500 block of Navajo Trail (residence, home).
-Property damage from Target (depart- ment store). Damaged was a fender in the amount of $150.
-Information only report from Reese Drive (residence, home). -Illegal possession of prescription drugs from Express Oil Lube (parking lot, garage). Confiscated were drugs.
-Burglary third degree and possession of burglars tools from Fairway Auto Mart (commercial). Stolen and recovered were radios valued at $100, household goods valued at $90, a shop vac valued at $79.99, a heater valued at $29, hedge clippers valued at $29, a weed eater valued at $100 and damaged was a pickup truck in the amount of $300.
