-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered was miscellaneous merchandise valued at $35.89.
-Domestic violence third degree and assault third degree from the 100 block of Second Avenue Southwest (residence, home).
-Theft of property third degree and alias writ of arrest from Walmart (department store). Stolen and recovered were products valued at $5.

Sept. 8
-Minor in consumption and possession of marijuana second degree from the 1400 block of Heather Lane (highway, street). Confiscated was a marijuana blunt.

-Structure fire from the 500 block of Treymoor Lake Circle (residence, home). Burned was a structure.

-Theft of property third degree from the 200 block of Second Street Northwest (department store). Stolen were a mattress box and springs valued at $25 and a keyboard valued at $25.
-Domestic violence third degree and harassment from the 100 block of Meadowlark Place (residence, home).
-Identity theft from the Apple Store (department store). Stolen were debit cards.

-Harassment from the 1500 block of Kent Dairy Road.
-Possession of dangerous drugs and domestic incident investigation from the 800 block of Independence Drive (residence, home). Confiscated were pills.
-Burglary third degree and theft of property third degree from the 1500 block of Hillspun Road (residence, home). Stolen were a Sony valued at $45 and nonnegotiable instruments. Damaged was a structure in the amount of $75.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property second degree from the 1000 block of 10th Place Southwest (highway, street). Stolen were $25 in U.S. currency, a purse valued at $50, a driver’s license, a Capital One card, a Chase card, a Southwest card and a Southern Company card.
-Property damage from Dirtworks (commercial). Damaged was a structure in the amount of $1,097.

-Property damage from Chestnut Drive (highway, street). Damaged was a Nissan Altima in the amount of $8,000.
-Possession of marijuana first degree from the 1400 block of First Street North (restaurant). Confiscated was marijuana.
Sept. 11
-Theft of property third degree from Shelby Baptist Medical Center (drug store). Stolen were an iPhone valued at $400 and an Otter Box valued at $50.
-Theft of property third degree from the 100 block of Chestnut Drive (residence, home). Stolen were boat batteries valued at $390.
-Theft of property third degree from America’s Thrift Store (department store). Stolen was a Samsung Galaxy valued at $250.

-Theft of property third degree from Walmart (department store). Stolen was alcohol valued at $122.79.
-Theft of property third degree from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store). Stolen and recovered were a bag valued at $8, a towel valued at $9.47, a Sharpie valued at 75 cents, foundation valued at $10.97 and concealer valued at $10.97. Confiscated were a marijuana pipe and drugs.
-Drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of a controlled substance from the 630 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (department store).

-Property damage from Waffle House (restaurant). Damaged was a BMW in the amount of $1,000.

Aug. 31
-Criminal mischief II from Pitts Drive (parking lot/garage). Damages in the amount of $501 were done to a blue 2009 Ford Focus four door and to a red 2006 Toyota Corolla four door sedan.

-Possession of a controlled substance III and unlawful possession of marijuana from the 100 block of Nelson Walker Road (parking lot/garage)(residence/home). Recovered were a bag of marijuana valued at greater than $100 and a bag of cocaine valued at greater than $100.
-Possession of a controlled substance III from the 100 block of Nelson Walker Road (residence/home). Recovered were a bag of synthetic marijuana valued at $20 and $41 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property II from the 200 block of West College Street (specialty store). Stolen was a Winchester 1400 12 gauge pump shotgun valed at over $250.

-Criminal mischief III from Commerce Street, Montevallo (residence/home). Damages in the amount of $40 were done to a door lock handle and in the amount of $30 were done to black window screen.

-Change bills circulating from Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant). Forged was a $50 bill.
