-Burglary III and theft of property II from the 300 block of Highway 50, Vandiver (residence/home). Stolen were a Wii console with games and controllers valued at $1,000, miscellaneous jewelry valued at $200, 20 DVD movies valued at $200, a Sanyo boombox valued at $50, car stereo speakers valued at $200, a 50 piece knife collection valued at $300 and cleaning supplies valued at $20.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 5100 block of Valleybrook Circle (residence/home). Stolen were Ray Ban sunglasses valued at $175 and $100 in U.S. currency.

-Theft of property I from the 5100 block of Chesapeake North (parking lot/garage). Stolen were a 2003 Harley Davidson Ultra Glyde valued at $10,000.

-Theft of property I from the 1100 block of Dunnavant Place, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were a 2003 Toyota 4-Runner valued at $12,000 and a purse containing drivers license, debit card and multiple gift cards.

-Domestic violence III, criminal mischief, from the 11900 block of Highway 43, Vandiver (conv store).

-Miscellaneous information/incident from the 4900 block of Highway 69, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were Costa Del Mar Bryne sunglasses with 580 lens valued at $249.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana II and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from the 6400 block of Highway 51, Wilsonville (residence/home).

-Burglary III from the 13000 block of Highway 41 North, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen was a 2010 Macbook Pro valued at $2,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Turtle Lake Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was a Garmin Nuvi valued at $149.32.

-Unlawful possession of marijuana I from I-65 near Mile Marker 228, Calera (highway/street).

-Theft of property I from Gurney Mine Road near Highway 260, Montevallo (commercial). Damages in the amount of $25,000 were done to a 15 KV a high voltage copper cable cut from a transformer. Recovered were a Porter cable reciprocating saw and a Fugi Film Quick Snap camera with pictures of scene.

-Circulating change bills from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 East, Birmingham (service/gas station). Recovered was a counterfeit $10 bill.

-Breaking and entering a vehicle from the 100 blcok of Narrows Parkway, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Stolen was a hammer valued at $10, a flathead screwdriver valued at $4, a Phillips head screwdriver valued at $4 and damages in the amount of $50 were done to an ignition switch.

-Domestic violence III, harassment, from Manning Place, Birmingham (bar).

-Theft of property II from the 300 block of Highway 303, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen was a Husqvarna riding lawnmower with 42 inch deck valued at $700.
