Chance girl

Parker Ann Chance was born Oct. 5, 2012, at Shelby Medical Center. She weighed 7 pounds 14 ounces and measured 21 and one half inches long.

Her parents are Gary and Tori Chance from Chelsea. Her grandparents are Tommy and Ann Bayard of Columbiana and Steve and Brenda Chance of Chelsea.
