Ray-Cavanaugh

Mr. and Mrs. William Robert Ray Jr. of Wilsonville are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Danielle Ray, to Matthew Cavanaugh of Montgomery. Matthew is the son of Dr. Jeffrey Cavanaugh and Paula Morelli. Danielle and Matthew will be married Oct. 12, 2013, at First Baptist Church Montgomery with a reception to follow at Wynfield Estate.

Danielle is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Cecil Williams Jr. and of Mrs. Helen Ray and the late Mr. William Robert Ray Sr. of Wilsonville. She graduated Shelby County High School in 2007 and is a graduate of Auburn University. She is employed as the membership director at the Alabama Forestry Association in Montgomery.

Matthew is the grandson of Mrs. and Dr. Owen Wally Hester and of Mrs. Marlene Cavanaugh and the late Mr. Don Cavanaugh of Montgomery. He graduated from Troy University with a degree in business administration. He is employed as a political consultant in Montgomery.
