Waldrop 50th

T.J. and Dean Waldrop of Wilsonville celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary on April 27, 2013, at Providence Baptist Church fellowship hall in Harpersville. They celebrated with family and friends.

The couple have two children, son, Jud Waldrop and wife, Donna, of Daleville, and daughter, Vickie Waldrop of Wilsonville; five grandchildren, Magan Waldrop and husband, Andrew Greeson, of Tunnel Hill, Ga., Seth and Lucas Waldrop of Daleville, Dalton White of Shelby and Chase Payne of Columbiana; three great-grandchildren, Jaxon, Makyna and Sadie Greeson of Tunnel Hill, Ga.

Everyone attending had a wonderful afternoon. The food was wonderful and on top of the cake were the words “Having a BALL since 1963.” The drinks of lemonade and tea were served out of pint BALL canning jars. Pictures were displayed of the couple’s 50 years along with Dean’s wedding dress.
