The Thompson Warriors’ Jake Walters pitched five innings of no-hit baseball in a 10-0 area victory over Prattville April 2.

Walters struck out seven Prattville batters and allowed a walk in the second inning to just miss a perfect game.

The Warriors (30-8) scored 10 runs in the last three innings to secure the win. Drew Avans led Thompson with a 3-for-4 effort with a RBI and two runs scored. Houston Davenport finished 2-for-3 with a double and a RBI while Trey Matherson was 2-for-4 with three RBIs.
