The Alabaster Police Department is searching for the owners of a dog found walking on Churchill Drive on March 8.

The small white and gray female dog was found wearing a red collar, but no identification tags, according to police. She currently is being cared for at the police department.

“She possibly has a medical condition that needs attention,” read a post on the police department’s Facebook page.

Anyone with information regarding the dog is encouraged to call the Alabaster Police Department at 663-7401.
