The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present except Brian Stauss.

Motion to accept Feb. 5 meeting minutes as amended. Motion passed.

Motion to suspend rules in order to accept proposal for installation of fire hydrants. Motion passed. Motion to accept bid from Byrd Contracting for $47,000 to purchase and install eight fire hydrants. Motion passed. Motion to accept bid of $4,000 for fire line fee. Motion passed.

Motion to endorse January financial report. Motion passed.

Motion to accept flood plain ordinance as presented. Ordinance changes base flood elevation for building homes from 2 feet to 3 feet, and construction cannot cause any increase in flood height. Motion passed.

Motion to appoint Ron Luster to the ZBA for a three-year term. Motion passed. Motion to reappoint Steve Zerkis to the ZBA for a three-year term. Motion passed. Motion to appoint Murphy Lynch to the ZBA for a six-year term. Motion passed.
