The Vincent Lady Yellow Jackets gave No. 1-seeded Altamont all they could handle but fell 32-31 in the Class 2A, Area 13 semifinals Feb. 7 at Altamont High School.

Vincent head coach Mary Kyser said that the Lady Yellow Jackets “played an awesome game on defense and offense.”

Brooklyn Jones led Vincent with 19 points. Quenessa Crawford scored six points and Ambran Middleton added three points.
