Ruth Ann Whiteford, age 68, passed away on Jan. 25, 2013, at home in Alabaster. A memorial service will be held at Kingwood Church, 100 Harvest Way, Alabaster, on Feb. 1 at 2 p.m. following with a visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society. Charter Funeral Home directing.
