CHELSEA – State. Sen. Slade Blackwell, R-Birmingham, and Chelsea Mayor Earl Niven will meet with locals during Coffee and Conversation at Chelsea Coffee House Jan. 18.

The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. at the coffee house, which is located at 109 Foothills Parkway.

“It will provide an informal setting for people to get to know Senator Blackwell and the mayor and talk about issues that are important to them in the area,” said Blackwell’s assistant, Anna Catherine Roberson.
