Warriors beat Eagles, 55-38

NORTHPORT- The Hope Christian Eagles (0-1) fell to the Tuscaloosa Home Educators Warriors 55-38 at Collins-Riverside Middle School on Nov. 26.
Immanuel Drew led the Eagles’ attack with 10 points, nine rebounds, three steals and an assist, while Nick Adams chipped in nine points, an assist and a steal.
The Eagles’ offense did not score more than ten points in any one of the first three quarters, but came alive in the fourth, scoring 16 points. Unfortunately for Hope,
Hope struggled from the free throw line making only 3-of-10 attempts from the charity strike. The Warriors fared better as they shot 11-of-15 from the line.
The Warriors had four players in double figures in scoring with Will Brewbaker leading the way with 12 points. Tayler Hansford added eleven points while Reed Pierce and Charles Wilson chipped in ten points apiece.
