The Calera Lady Eagles responded from a halftime deficit to take a 57-43 win at home over Shelby County Nov. 27.

Shelby County held Calera to five points in the first and nine points in second to take a 21-16 lead at the half.

The Lady Eagles responded with a 23-point third quarter to grab a 37-27 lead. Calera added 20 points in the fourth to take the 57-43 win.

A’kia Harris led Calera with 13 points and 10 rebounds in a double-double performance. Jeda Doss finished with 13 points and Perri Duncan added 11 points.
