COLUMBIANA – Pa Paw’s Restaurant is offering a free lunch to U.S. military veterans Nov. 12.

Veterans are invited to order off the Columbiana restaurant’s menu from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

“We try to feed the veterans (as a thank-you) for the service they’ve given over the years,” Wayne “Pa Paw” Raia said.

Raia and Alan Morrison put on the luncheon last year and served between 50-70 veterans, Raia said.

“The veterans get together and talk about the past,” Raia said. “It’s a good thing for the community to bring people together like this.

Pa Paw’s restaurant is located at 21270 Alabama 25 in Columbiana.
