The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members and the mayor were present.

Motion to accept Sept. 4 meeting minutes as presented. Motion passed.

Motion to accept resurvey of the Byrom commercial lots. Motion passed.

Motion to endorse August financial report. City has a net gain in assets of $123,600. Up to $65,000 will be added to the budget for fire hydrants. Motion passed.

Motion to accept budget for fiscal year 2013. Motion passed.

Motion to suspend rules so council could accept bid for Shane’s Rib Shack catering for Founders’ Day. Motion passed. Motion to accept Shane’s Rib Shack catering bid of $1,015.32 to serve 100 people. Motion passed.

Meeting adjourned at 9:30 p.m.

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall. All council members were present except Mayor Steve Zerkis and council member Brian Stauss.

In the absence of a quorum, approving the Sept. 18 meeting minutes was waived.

Jack Mendel reported that the fiscal year 2013 budget has been formalized and forwarded to the city clerk and bookkeeper.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:40 p.m.

The Indian Springs Village Town Council met at 7 p.m. Council members Brenda Bell-Guercio and Herb Robins were present.

The review of the Oct. 2 meeting minutes was waived in the absence of a quorum.
