The Indian Springs School volleyball team edged Jefferson Christian 21-25, 26-24, 23-25, 25-16, 15-11 in high school volleyball action Aug. 23.

DeAndrea Minard led Indian Springs (1-0) with 11 kills in the victory. Minard also posted eight service aces.

Sarah Eubank and Emma Pugh added three kills each. Becca Sparks contributed a team-high 18 assists in the win.
