MONTEVALLO – Montevallo’s annual Cars by the Creek car show, which was scheduled for Aug. 18, will be rescheduled.

According to an email from the Montevallo Chamber of Commerce, the event is being moved because of serious illness in organizer Steve Gilbert’s family.

The activities will be scheduled for another time, the email stated.
