July 4

-Terroristic threats and menacing from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home).

 

July 5

-Identity theft from the 3700 block of Keswick Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 5800 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were black iPhone and Kate Spade cover valued at $600.

-Burglary III from the 1600 block of Sweet Apple Court (residence/home). Stolen were $400 in U.S. currency, glass window valued at $100 and window screen valued at $40.

 

July 6

-Theft of property II and unauthorized use of vehicle from Wild Flower Drive, Maylene (residence/home). Stolen were $400 in U.S. currency, credit card and driver’s license valued at $35.

-Theft of property II from the 100 block of Nolan Street, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen was an Apple iPad 2 valued at $1,100.

-Burglary III from the 7400 block of Shelby County 51, Sterrett (conv. store). Damaged was 6-foot, 8-inch pane of tempered glass for industrial entry door in the amount of $200.

 

July 7

-Theft of property II from the 1000 block of Shelby County 56, Wilsonville (residence/home). Stolen were 55 Alprazolan valued at $100, 100 Percet valued at $200 and $50 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary III from the 100 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds (residence/home). Stolen were $200 in U.S. currency and .38 caliber pistol.

-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance from U.S. 280 and Westover Road, Westover (highway/street).

-Sexual abuse from the 500 block of Shelby County 402, Shelby (field/woods).

 

July 8

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property III from the 5000 block of Alabama 25, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were Northface single-strap backpack valued at $50 and camouflage daytimer valued at $25.

 

July 9

-Theft of property I from the 4600 block of Heatherbrooke Road (residence/home). Stolen was a 2001 Infinity I-30 valued at $6,000.

-Theft of property II from Lake Purdy Boat Landing, Birmingham (lake/waterway). Stolen was a Kel-Tec .380 caliber valued at $400.

-Burglary III from the 1300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were diamond solitaire ring valued at $3,200, class ring valued at $750 and diamond heart pendant valued at $400.

-Burlgary III from the 3000 block of Shelby County 22, Montevallo (residence/home). Stolen were 30 Lortab tablets and 30 Klonopin tablets.

-Burglary III from the 10000 block of Shelby County 55, Sterrett (storage facility). Stolen were 30 limited edition case knives valued at $1,000.

 

July 10

-Burglary III from Coosa Cove Mobile Home Park, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen were $40 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 400 block of Shelby Forest Drive, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were Sony CD and radio stereo valued at $200, copper lines in attic and Kirby deluxe vacuum cleaner valued at $1,500.

 

July 11

-Forgery II from the 300 block of Highland Park Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were funds from a checking account in the amount of $1,082.96.

-Forgery II and fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen was more than $8,460 in funds from checking account and credit card.

-Theft of property from the 700 block of Westover Road, Westover. Stolen was 40 feet of 4-gauge copper wife valued at $2,500.

-Burglary III from the 4000 block of South Shades Crest Road, Hoover (residence/home). Stolen were .38 Smith and Wesson revolver with wood diamond-cut handle, 20 mg Lexapro pills and silver metal box valued at $20.

-Permitting dogs running at large from the 100 block of Shelby County 270, Maylene (residence/home).

 

July 12

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 200 block of Shady Branch Road, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Rape from the 6500 block of Shelby County 71, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – assault III from the 100 block of Hayes Circle, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Robbery from the 12000 block of U.S. 280, Westover (other/unknown). Stolen and recovered was Casio cash register valued at $300.

-Death investigation from the 2600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Civil dispute from Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

July 13

-Missing person from the 300 block of Depot Street, Montevallo (residence/home).

-Found property from the 2000 block of Shelby County 28, Columbiana (residence/home).

-Criminal trespass from the 100 block of First Avenue, Shelby (residence/home).

-Hit and run from U.S. 280 and Shelby County 43, Chelsea (highway/street). Damaged was a 1986 Toyota pickup truck.

-Theft of property II from the 900 block of Shelby County 438, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen were Frigidaire refrigerator valued at $500 and GE electric stove valued at $400.

-Attempting to elude and resisting arrest – disorderly conduct from the 300 block of Shelby County 308, Shelby (field/woods).

-Theft of property III from the 100 block of Magic Drive, Columbiana (residence/home). Stolen was Stanley 140-piece tool set valued at $60.

-Public intoxication from the 16000 block of U.S. 280, Chelsea (other/unknown).

-Property damage from the 4800 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (highway/street). Damaged was a Motorola i355 cellular phone in the amount of $300.

-Theft of property from the 1 block of Grant Street, Wilton (residence/home). Stolen were 30 Lortab and 120 Percocet.

-Cruelty to animals from the 100 block of Swan Lake Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

 

July 14

-Driving under the influence from Alabama 119 and Indian Springs Baptist Church (highway/street).

-Criminal mischief III from the 4200 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Minor in consumption from the 200 block of Mimosa Road, Leeds (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 5000 block of Heatherbrooke Parkway, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of lost property II from Treetop Adventures, Birmingham (specialty store). Stolen was Verizon 16GB iPhone valued at $600.

-Domestic violence – harassment III from the 0 block of Sams Place, Shelby (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – assault III from the 400 block of Depot Street, Wilton (residence/home).

-Domestic violence – harassment III and criminal mischief III from the 100 block of Huckleberry Lane, Mayelen (residence/home). Damaged was the taillight of a 1996 Honda.

-Missing person from the 100 block of Swan Lake Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Burglary from the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were 37-inch Vizio LCD TV valued at $472, Xbox 360 valued at $300 and Nook color tablet valued at $200.

-Burglary III From the 700 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were Toshiba laptop valued at $720, Remington .270 rifle with scope valued at $400 and Remington 410 shotgun valued at $100.

-Attempting to elude from the 400 block of Dusty Hollow Road, Columbiana (highway/street).

-Property damage from the 4500 block of Shelby County 47, Shelby (residence/home). Stolen were 400 feet of unknown gauge electrical containment wire for livestock valued at $1,000, four six-foot metal posts valued at $40 and 40 plastic condensers valued at $200.

-Minor in consumption of alcohol from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Resisting arrest and minor in consumption of alcohol from the 100 block of Railroad Avenue, Alabaster (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 2600 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Harassing communications from the 2500 block of Westminster Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Domestic investigation from the 3000 block of Madison Lane, Chelsea (residence/home).
