-Violation of license to carry a pistol from the 500 block of First Street (parking lot/garage). Recovered were Lorcin .380 automatic valued at $100.
-Unlawful possession of a controlled substance form Shelby County 68 and Summit Place (highway/street). Recovered was a cellophane bag containing Clonazopam.

-Damage to property from the 600 block of Alabama 119 (service/gas station). Damaged was 50-foot section of RU56 cable in the amount of $100.
-Unlawful possession of marijuana and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia from Alabama 119 at Fulton Springs Road (highway/street). Recovered were 1.1 grams of marijuana, one pinch hitter, one pipe, one grinder and two packs of rolling papers.
-Recovered vehicle from the 100 block of Grande View Circle (highway/street).

-Found property from the 1100 block of First Street (commercial). Recovered were Colt detective special .38 caliber handgun valued at $300, black nylon handgun case valued at $25 and plastic sunglasses valued at $10.

-Theft of lost property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen were unknown brand ladies leather clutch purse valued at $10 and $190 in U.S. currency.
-Harassment from the 100 block of Cohill Drive (residence/home).
-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen were miscellaneous items valued at $35.

-Theft of property from the 500 block of First Street (dept. store). Stolen and recovered were frozen ground beef valued at $3.95, two Suave shampoos valued at $4, five Kool Aid packs valued at $1, Balsam Ultra Light valued at $3 and Olay valued at $9.50.
-Theft of property form the 600 block of Colonial Promenade Parkway (dept. store). Stolen and recovered were two portable gazebos valued at $294, push lawn mower valued at $199 and gas trimmer valued at $124.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from the 400 block of First Street (parking lot/garage). Stolen was black bag containing identification documents and keys valued at $25. Damaged was right front window in 2003 Mazda 6 in the amount of $100.

-Burglary and theft of property from the 100 block of Bluespring Place (residence/home). Stolen were Sony Bravia 40-inch color LCD TV valued at $1,200, two Xbox consoles valued at $800, Logic computer speakers valued at $20, Playstation 3 console valued at $250 and Wii console valued at $150.
