-Fraudulent use of a debit/credit card from the 400 block of Heatherwood Road, Birmingham (residence/home). Stolen were funds from checking account in the amount of more than $838.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle and theft of property from Willow Leaf Road, Harpersville (residence/home). Stolen were three Hitachi nail guns valued at $900, Dewalt nail gun valued at $120, two safety harnesses valued at $180, extension cord and registration sticker for the attached van.

-Missing person from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Missing person (runaway) from the 200 block of Kings Home Drive, Chelsea (residence/home).

-Allowing dogs to roam at large from the 1000 block of Eagle Nest Circle, Birmingham (residence/home).

-Theft of property from the 2000 block of Fairbanks Circle, Chelsea (residence/home). Stolen was a Dell latitude laptop valued at $849 and gray leather briefcase valued at $40.

-Theft of property from Maplecrest Road, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were two gold wedding rings, three wide male wedding rings, two diamond rings, Mother’s Day ring, six various gold necklaces, pearl set with necklace, bracelet and one earring and pink stone oval ring.

-Theft of property from the 9900 block of Shelby County 55, Westover (other/unknown). Stolen was a Chevy C30 pickup valued at $2,000.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Essex Drive, Sterrett (residence/home). Stolen were Husquavana weedeater valued at $350, two Paslode nail guns valued at $800 and sledgehammer valued at $30.

-Property damage from Kewley Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage). Damaged was a 2011 Toyota Camry.

-Public intoxication from Kenley Way, Birmingham (parking lot/garage).
