Spring football schedule set

Several high school football teams in Shelby County will wrap up spring practices with an exhibition game against outside competition over the next two weeks.
Pelham High School will kick off the spring schedule May 11 at 7 p.m. as it hosts Carver-Montgomery.
Spain Park will host Enterprise in a spring game May 12 at 4 p.m.
Thompson will host Sylacauga in a spring game May 17 at 6 p.m., while Chelsea will play host to Dadeville the same night at 6:30 p.m. Calera will travel to Chilton County for a spring game May 17 at 7 p.m.
Vincent will travel to Childersburg for a spring game May 18 at 7 p.m.
Oak Mountain will host Briarwood Christian in the annual spring battle between the two teams May 19 at 7 p.m.
