The Vincent High School softball team fell to Fayetteville 9-8 in high school softball action April 26.

Destanie Howard led the Yellow Jackets offensively as she finished 3-for-4 at the plate with a pair of doubles. Howard also drove in one run in the victory.

Courtney Holston took the loss in the circle after giving up nine runs, including six earned runs, on 10 hits with two strikeouts and two walks in a complete game.
