The Pelham High School boys’ tennis team defeated Chelsea 9-0 in high school tennis action April 12.

Jacob Dolinger of Pelham defeated Sawyer Skipper of Chelsea 8-5 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Anthony DeLeonard defeated Alex Gamble of Chelsea 8-2 in the No. 2 singles’ match.

Trent Hopton-Jones of Pelham defeated Eric Nguyen of Chelsea 8-0 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Joseph Alderete of Pelham defeated Bentley of Chelsea 8-2 in the No. 4 singles’ match.

Jered Scarbrough of Pelham defeated Zach Haworth of Chelsea 8-2 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Jackson Jones of Pelham defeated Darian Golden of Chelsea 8-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.

Asher Smiley of Pelham defeated Torry Dennis of Chelsea 8-0  in an exhibition singles’ match. Devon Austin of Pelham defeated Patrick Reilly of Chelsea 8-0 in an exhibition singles’ match.

Smiley and Trevor Tucker of Pelham defeated Skipper and Gamble 8-5 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Dolinger and Peyton Davis of Pelham defeated Moore and Haworth 8-1 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.

Hopton-Jones and Alderete defeated Nguyen and Reilly in the No. 3 doubles’ match. Jones and Scarbrough defeated Dennis and Golden in an exhibition doubles’ match.
