University of Montevallo women’s basketball coach Cindy Hilbrich has announced the dates of the Falcons’ women’s basketball Day Camp and June Jam.

The Day Camp is open to boys and girls from ages 6-17. The dates are June 11-14 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The June Jam is June 15 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and is a play date is for any high school team participating. Teams must have at least eight players and can only have two coaches on the bench. Each team is guaranteed three games.

The Day Camp will cover all aspects of the game for players of all levels. Offensive and defensive stations will run daily. The cost of the camp is $100 per camper and includes a camp t-shirt, a camp basketball and lunch in the University of Montevallo cafeteria daily.

The June Jam is $100 per team plus $20 per player. At least one Alabama High School Athletic Association certified official will officiate each game. Lunch is not included with this camp, but we will have our camp store open with drinks and snacks. Registration will start at 7:15 a.m. Saturday morning, with the first game starting at 8 a.m.

Each game will be regulation with no running clock. The field will be limited to the first eight teams registered and deposit received.

Hilbrich and assistant coach Brittany Godsey will lead and direct the clinics. Some members of the Falcons’ women’s basketball team and former players will be assisting with the camps as well.
