The Thompson High School softball team defeated Cordova 1-0 in high school softball action April 10.

Haley Crumpton led the Warriors offensively as she finished 2-for-3 at the plate. Crumpton drove in the lone run in the game.

Rachel Rigney earned the win in the circle after giving up just four hits with 11 strikeouts and three walks in a complete-game victory.
