The Chelsea High School girls’ tennis team defeated Jemison 8-1 in high school tennis action April 9.
Kaylee Dismuke of Chelsea defeated Brooke Bice of Jemison 8-6 in the No. 1 singles’ match. Natalie Foster of Chelsea defeated Macy Thompson of Jemison 8-3 in the No. 2 singles’ match.
Shannon Reilly of Chelsea defeated Tonya Liveoak of Jemison 8-3 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Kelsey Efferson of Chelsea defeated Carley Pate of Jemison 8-3 in the No. 4 singles’ match.
Natalie Lorimer of Chelsea defeated Samantha Cochran of Jemison 8-3 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Molly Burchell of Chelsea defeated Sarah Brantley of Jemison 8-1 in the No. 6 singles’ match.
Dismuke and Foster fell to Bice and Liveoak 8-5 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Reilly and Lorimer defeated Thompson and Pate 8-1 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.
Efferson and Burchell defeated Cochran and Brantley 8-6 in the No. 3 doubles’ match.

Eric Nguyen of Chelsea fell to Trevan Anderson of Jemison 8-1 in the No. 3 singles’ match. Sam Moore of Chelsea fell to William Morton of Jemison 8-0 in the No. 4 singles’ match.
Zach Haworth of Chelsea fell to Dylan Cummings of Jemison 8-1 in the No. 5 singles’ match. Darian Golden of Chelsea fell to Brett Paschal of Jemison 8-0 in the No. 6 singles’ match.
Skipper and Gamble fell to Morton and Long 8-5 in the No. 1 doubles’ match. Nguyen and Reilly fell to Anderson and Cummings 8-1 in the No. 2 doubles’ match.
