Dear Editor,

I would like to thank the people in the town of Shelby for their help during my motorcycle wreck on Feb. 7, 2012.

Around 5 p.m. on that day I hit a dog and bounced down Highway 47, but with the help of an EMT, a blond-haired nurse and another lady’s help I am fine.

Without everyone’s help I could have been in worse shape.

I just want to say thanks so very much to you all.

A special thanks to the gentleman that called 911 and took care of me and my bike.
