The Calera High School softball team defeated Fultondale 9-0 in high school softball action March 29.

Shelby Clark and Jocelyn Davis led the Eagles with two hits in the victory. Samantha Smith and Shelby Wright added one hit each.

Katie Eiland finished with a double drove in two runs. Kymber McGiboney and Davis drove in one run each.

Eiland, who earned the win in the circle, struck out three batters in a complete game.
