The Shelby County High School baseball team defeated Ramsay 11-4 in high school baseball action March 26.

Mike Pate led the Wildcats as he finished 3-for-3 at the plate with a homer. Pate drove in six runs and scored one run in the victory.

Dakota Falkner went 3-for-4 at the plate. Jacob Pennington finished 2-for-2 at the plate with a double and drove in one run. Cody Jones went 2-for-5 at the plate.

Evan McNeal earned the win on the mound after giving up just one hit with three strikeouts and one walk in two innings.

Bailey Benton allowed one unearned run on one hit in one inning. Cody Jones struck out three batters in two innings. Falkner gave up three hits with two strikeouts and two walks in two innings.
