The Montevallo High School baseball team fell to Northside 6-5 in high school baseball action March 26.

Taylor Burr led the Bulldogs as he finished 3-for-4 at the plate with a double. Burr drove in two runs.

Zach Smith finished 2-for-4 at the plate with a double.

Burr took the loss after giving up six runs, including three earned runs, on six hits with seven strikeouts and one walk in six innings.

Trevor Chatham allowed just one hit with two strikeouts in one inning in relief.
