Cathy Guillot and Irwin Guillot Jr. of Helena are proud to announce the engagement of their daughter Ashley Guillot to Alan Liveoak, son of Christy and Randy Lowery of Thorsby.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mabel and Bobby Hadaway and Myra Evans and Irwin Guillot Sr. of Columbiana. She is a 2005 graduate of Pelham High School. She attended the University of Montevallo and graduated with a degree in journalism.

The future groom is the grandson of Mary Godwin and Charles Liveoak of Thorsby. He is a 2005 graduate of Isabella High School. He attended the University of Montevallo and graduated with a degree in business administration. He is currently employed by Hospital Housekeeping Systems.

The wedding will take place on June 23, 2012.
