Jaguars finish second in Mobile tennis tournament

The Spain Park High School boys’ tennis team finished second in the McGill-Toolen Catholic Invitational tournament March 16-17.
Spain Park won three matches before falling to UMS Wright in the championship match 5-4.
The Jaguars defeated Bayside Academy 8-1, Jesuit (La.) 8-1 and Montgomery Academy 6-3 on their way to the title match.
Jack Nicholas of Spain Park remained undefeated in his No. 1 singles’ matches in the tournament.
Baylor Cocke of Spain Park also finished unbeaten in his No. 5 singles’ matches. Nicholas and Will Hartsock of Spain Park finished undefeated in their No. 1 doubles’ matches.
