The Chelsea High School baseball team defeated Talladega 10-0 in high school baseball action March 14.

Davis Shoemaker led the Hornets as he went 3-for-3 at the plate with a pair of doubles. Shoemaker drove in three runs and scored one run.

Austin Dean finished 2-for-3 at the plate with a double and drove in a run. Keelan Gregg added a triple and drove in two runs. Matthew Graben, Michael Graben, Brody Holder and Eli Bashour recorded one hit each.

Ross Ham earned the win on the mound after striking out seven batters in five innings. Joey Mock struck out two batters in the final inning.
