-Miscellaneous information from Pelham Parkway at Cross Creek Trail (highway, street). Confiscated was a Bryco Arms .380-caliber pistol.

-Switched tag from 200 Terrace Drive (highway, street). Confiscated was an Alabama vehicle tag.

-Missing persons from the 2000 block of Chandalar Court (residence, home).

 

Feb. 17

-Criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Pelham Parkway (restaurant). Damaged was a glass door valued at $500.

-Miscellaneous information – found contraband from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (department store). Confiscated was a clear plastic bag containing approximately 21.9 grams of suspected marijuana valued at $150.

-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Hidden Creek Parkway (residence, home). Damaged was a coaxial cable for Charter Communications valued at $40.

-Theft of property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (drug store). Stolen were two cartons of Newport menthol cigarettes valued at $105.

-Disorderly conduct from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Assault from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Road (restaurant).

-Miscellaneous information – found property from the 2100 block of Pelham Parkway (highway, street). Confiscated was a Federal Credit Union bank Visa card.

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from the 200 block of Cahaba Valley Parkway (restaurant).

-Outside agency assist – law enforcement from Interstate 65 at Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street).

-Theft of property from 2181 Pelham Parkway (service, gas station). Stolen were 10 Peak antifreeze bottles valued at $80 and 10 Peak windshield washer fluids valued at $30.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Oak Mountain Lanes at 300 Bowling Lane (parking lot, garage). Damaged was a passenger side window in the amount of $250 and stolen were a brown Nine West purse valued at $40, a pair of Costa Del Mar sunglasses valued at $250, a gray wallet with contents valued at $30 and five credit cards.

-Criminal possession of a forged instrument from the Walmart at 2181 Pelham Parkway (residence, home). Forged were two Regions checks valued at $45.

-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 2000 block of McCain Parkway (commercial). Damaged was a 2003 Nissan Altima and interior automatic window controls. Stolen were an expired Alabama tag, a vehicle battery valued at $75, a spare tire valued at $50 and a tire jack valued at $30.

-Domestic violence from the 100 block of Braxton Way (residence, home).

-Reckless driving from Interstate 65 South at the 244 mile marker (highway, street).

-Property damage from the 100 block of Highview Cove (residence, home). Damaged was a black metal mailbox.

-Theft of property from 2369 Pelham Parkway (parking lot, garage). Stolen was an Alabama license plate valued at $25.
