The Vincent High School boys’ basketball team defeated Talladega County-Central 65-49 in high school basketball action Jan. 24.

Dontravious Moon led the Yellow Jackets (18-5) with a game-high 17 points in the victory. Moon also grabbed a team-high seven rebounds.

Tyler Williams and Anterio Rogers added 16 points each.

Williams, who knocked down three 3-pointers, also dished out four assists. Rogers finished with a team-high eight assists and six steals to go along with five rebounds.

GIRLS

The Vincent High School girls’ basketball team fell to Talladega County-Central 45-34 in high school basketball action Jan. 24.

Brooklyn Jones led the Yellow Jackets (6-12) with 11 points.

Kiara Cohill added eight points.
