June 15
-Community notification violation (failure to provide 30 days notice of intent to move) from the 1500 block of 1st Street (hotel, motel), Alabaster.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a motor vehicle from the 100 block of Westside Lane (commercial), Columbiana.
-Damage to property from Highway 119 (highway, street), Birmingham. Damaged was a gold 2003 Ford Taurus.
-Fraudulent use of credit card from Dogwood Forest (residence, home), Shoal Creek. Stolen was $950 from an American Express Platinum card.
-Domestic investigation from the 1100 block of Whisenhunt Road (residence, home), Chelsea.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from Morris Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 700 block of Highway 71 (residence, home), Shelby.
-Missing person from the 300 block of Highway 200 (residence, home), Montevallo.
-Criminal mischief from an unspecified location in Shelby County. Damage of $2,000 was caused by a bullet hole to the front right quarter panel of a red 1999 Jeep Cherokee.
-Indecent exposure from the 3300 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.
-Damage to property from the 2500 block of Highway 119 (highway, street), Birmingham. Front-end damage was done to a 2001 Mercedes.
-Menacing from the 3300 block of Highway 93 (residence, home), Helena.
-Carrying a pistol without permit from Highway 10 and Highway 204 (highway, street), Montevallo. Recovered was a .380 caliber gun.
-Burglary and criminal mischief from the 5000 block of Wagon Trace (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage of $300 was done to basement walls, and damage of $400 was done to basement carpet.
June 16
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 19000 block of U.S. 280 (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was an I-Phone valued at $300 and $54 in U.S. currency.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 1800 block of Stonebrook Lane (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a $250 Acer netbook computer and ladies’ Oakley sunglasses.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 100 block of Briarcliff Trace (highway, street), Birmingham. Stolen was a $650 Nikon D5000 digital camera.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 7000 block of Kenley Way (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency, various gift cards valued at $150, an I-POD valued at $175, white leather purse valued at $400, black leather wallet valued at $100 and a makeup bag with assorted makeup valued at $300.
-Domestic investigation from Morris Drive (residence, home), Montevallo.
-Domestic investigation from the 700 block of Highway 31 (residence, home), Alabaster.
-Criminal mischief from the 10000 block of North Main Street (residence, home), Wilsonville. Damage of $100 was done to a U.S. Postal mailbox.
-Property damage from U.S. 280 near County Road 437 (highway, street). Damage was done to the front end and radiator of a blue 2002 Honda.
-Driving under the influence of alcohol and unlawful possession of marijuana from U.S. 280 at East Inverness Parkway (highway, street), Birmingham. Recovered was a prescription bottle containing approximately 1.5 grams of suspected marijuana, and a gold metal pipe used to smoke marijuana.
-Criminal mischief from the 4300 block of Highway 32 (church), Chelsea. Damage was done to the area around a cemetery gate.
-Property damage from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Damaged was a rear quarter panel of a white 2006 Lexus.
-Miscellaneous investigation from the 5900 block of Highway 51 (residence, home), Wilsonville.
-Miscellaneous information from a Dollar General store at an unknown location.
-Harassment from the 300 block of Robertson Lane (residence, home), Westover.
-Fire investigation from the 200 block of Highland View Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. A single was damaged.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 5200 block of Heatherbrooke Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 200 block of Meadowcroft Circle (residence, home), Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of County Road 435 (residence, home), Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 19000 block of U.S. 280 (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was a $400 Samsung Galaxy Android phone.
-Burglary from the 1300 block of Willow Oaks Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen was $20 in copper.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 100 block of Indian Forest Trail (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Smith & Wesson .38 model valued at $300 and an I-POD Classic valued at $300.
-Possession of controlled substance from U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage). Pills were recovered.
June 17
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and theft of property from the 5100 block of S. Broken Bow drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a Garmin 205 GPS valued at $120.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2600 block of Buchboard Road (residence, home). Stolen was an I-POD valued at $225, Visa gift card valued at $100, BP gift card valued at $50, Shell gift card valued at $50, a pearl necklace valued at $500, a gold necklace valued at $250 and a set of gold earrings valued at $200.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from the 2400 block of Brook Run (residence, home), Birmingham. Sunglasses valued at $70 and a Gerber pocket knife valued at $50 were stolen.
-Unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle and identity theft from the 5100 block of Shadowbrook Trail (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a $10 brown leather wallet containing two debit cards, a Sam’s card and a Costco membership card.
-Sexual abuse of a child less than 12 from the 300 block of Bearden Street (residence, home), Wilton.
-Robbery from Highway 47 (highway, street), Columbiana. Stolen was $40 in U.S. currency.
-Property located/found from U.S. 280 E. and Highway 119 (highway, street), Birmingham. Recovered was a brown leather wallet containing $80 in U.S. currency and $250 in pesos bills from the Dominican Republic.
-Assault from Wendy’s at 4671 U.S. 280 (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.
-Disorderly conduct and public intoxication from a Wendy’s parking lot on U.S. 280 (restaurant), Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (assault) from the 100 block of Horseback Trail (residence, home), Shelby.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from the 100 block of Emerald Drive (commercial), Chelsea. Stolen was a white 2006 Ford Eco.
-Civil dispute from the 3700 block of Kinless Drive (residence, home), Birmingham.
-Fire investigation from 31972 Highway 25 (Alabama Power steam plant), Wilsonville. Damage of $2,000 was done to a gray 1995 Chevy Astro van.
-Animal bite from an unknown block on Highway 402 (highway, street), Shelby.
-Liability of owners, dog off premises from Indian Crest Drive (field, woods), Pelham. Two sheep were damaged.
-Harassment from the 1000 block of Portobello Road (residence, home), Birmingham.

-Domestic violence (assault) and fugitive from justice from the 100 block of Sydney Lane (residence, home), Chelsea.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 3500 block of Highway 22 (residence, home), Montevallo.
-Interference with custody from the 2000 block of Stonebrook Drive (residence, home).
-Death investigation from Hodgens Road (residence, home), Chelsea.
-Criminal mischief from Highway 62 (residence, home), Vincent. Damage of $30 was done to a metal door (pry marks).
-Violation of protection from abuse order from the 4500 block of Highway 49 (residence, home), Columbiana.
-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Daddy Lane (parking lot, garage), Shelby. Stolen was a combo motor valued at $519.95, weedeater valued at $149.95, pole saw valued at $309.95, hedge trimmer valued at $269.95, edger valued at $249.95 and cultivator valued at $269.95.
-Fraudulent use of debit/credit card from the 5100 block of Redfern Way (other, unknown), Birmingham.
June 18
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 3600 block of Buckhorn Cove (parking lot, garage), Birmingham.
-Burglary and theft of property from Morris Estates Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville. Stolen was a refrigerator valued at $800, stove valued at $400, toilet valued at $90, A/C unit valued at $1,000 and furnace coil valued at $300. Damage of $100 was done to a window.
-Unlawful possession of controlled substance from Pea Ridge Drive (highway, street), Montevallo. Various pills were recovered.
-Theft of property from the 5100 block of Heatherbrooke Road (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a 5-horsepower pressure washer valued at $350, power generator valued at $350, toolbox with various tools valued at $1,000, 5-gallon gas can valued at $20 and a tent valued at $60.
-Civil dispute (visitation) from Seale Road (residence, home), Calera.
-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Kingston Road (residence, home), Chelsea.
-Suicide attempt from the 100 block of Downs Circle (residence, home), Shelby.
-Animal complaint from the 300 block of Homestead Drive (residence, home), Wilsonville.
-Harassing communications from the 1000 block of Portobello Road (residence, home), Birmingham.
-Property damage from Kangaroo Express at 4630 U.S. 280 (service, gas station), Birmingham. Damaged was the front under carriage of a 2011 Kia Optima.
-Domestic investigation from the 1000 block of Altadona Rise (residence, home), Birmingham.
-Theft of property from the 4600 block of U.S. 280 (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was a $180 Apple I-POD Nano.
June 19
-Criminal mischief and unlawful breaking and entering of a vehicle from Highway 251 (highway, street), Montevallo. Damage of more than $600 was done to the front and back windshields, hood, back passenger door and side window of a gold KIA Spectra.
-Burglary from the 6600 block of County Road 280 (residence, home), Sterrett. Stolen was a steel porch glider valued at $200, LCD Sony 46-inch flat screen valued at $1,500 and a Sony DVD player valued at $100.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from the 4000 block of Chesapeake North (residence, home), Birmingham.
-Domestic violence (harassment) from an unknown location in Shelby County (other, unknown).
-Burglary and theft of property from the 2000 block of Highway 87 (parking lot, garage), Alabaster. Stolen was a white 2007 Chevy Silverado, a gate and several miscellaneous chemicals valued at $900.
-Harassment from the 200 block of Merrell Beach Road (residence, home), Shelby.
-Domestic investigation from the 200 block of Shore Front Lane (residence, home), Wilsonville.
-Domestic investigation from County Road 55 (highway, street) between Bud Lane and Rock School roads.
-Criminal mischief and harassment from the 1000 block of Portobello Road (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage of $500 was done to an aluminum garage door.
-Theft of gasoline from the 5400 block of U.S. 280 (convenience store), Birmingham. Stolen was $43.28 in gas.
-Missing person from Eddings Town Road at the Bibb County and Shelby County line (other, unknown).
-Domestic investigation from the 0-100 block of Park Drive (residence, home), Alabaster.

-Criminal mischief from Highway 251 (highway, street), Montevallo. Damage of more than $600 was done to the front, back and passenger window of a silver 2002 Mazda Protege.
-Theft of property from the 1100 block of Meadow Drive (residence, home), Stolen were two fishing rods valued at $300, two fishing reels valued at $220 and a tackle box and its contents valued at $100.
-Theft of property from the 700 block (residence, home), Montevallo. A black utility trailer valued at $1,000 was stolen.

-Theft of property from the 200 block of Narrow Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a $3,000 Rolex watch.
-Theft II from the 3500 block of Petal Fall Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was $715 in U.S. currency.
-Theft of property from the 100 block of Highway 478 (residence, home), Leeds. Stolen was a 4-foot tall PA system/speaker valued at $700.
-Miscellaneous information from the 3000 block of South Shadescrest Road (residence, home), Hoover.
-Fraudulent use of debit card from the 2300 block of Springfield Loop, Birmingham.
-Fraudulent use of a credit/debit card from the 3100 block of Bradford Place (other, unknown), Birmingham. Stolen was a $300 in U.S. currency.

-Burglary from the 4500 block of Valleydale Road (drug store), Birmingham. Damage of $2,000 was done to the drive through window.
-Identity theft from an unknown location in England (other, unknown). Stolen from a debit card was $2,065.58.
-Property damage from the 200 block of Weather Vane Road (government, public building), Calera. Damage of $50 was done to a shoulder mic.
-Structure fire from the 9100 block of Highway 42 (residence, home), Shelby. A single-wide trailer was damaged.
-Theft of property from the 1000 block of Regent Park Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Stolen was a $250 copper tube. Damage of $150 was done to A/C units and brick.
-Harassing communications from the 28000 block of Highway 25 (residence, home), Wilsonville.
-Property damage from the 6100 block of Cahaba Valley Road (highway, street), Birmingham. Front-end damage was done to a black 2004 Chevy Malibu.
-Forgery II from the 1100 block of Brook Highland Lane (parking lot, garage), Birmingham. Stolen was a check for $599.50.
-Obstruction of justice from the 5000 block of Lindwood Drive (residence, home), Hoover.
-Domestic violence from the 6000 block of Highway 26 (residence, home), Columbiana.
-Leaving scene of motor vehicle accident from the 1500 block of Turtle Lake Drive (residence, home), Birmingham. Damage of $500 was done to the bumper of a silver 2008 Honda Accord.
-Theft of property from the 0-100 block of Barnett Street (residence, home), Montevallo. Various pills were stolen.
-Theft of property from the 500 block of Highway 203 (highway, street), Montevallo. About $500 in U.S. currency was stolen.
