Indian Springs School athletic director and boys’ basketball coach Greg Van Horn has been selected to coach the North team during the annual North-South All-Star game July 13 in Montgomery.

Van Horn will be coaching north and central Alabama’s top boys basketball players across all AHSAA classifications during the game, which will take place at 8 p.m. at the Alabama State University Acadome. The game is part of the All-Star Sports Week, which is sponsored by the Alabama High School Athletic Directors and Coaches Association.

Van Horn was chosen for the honor by the AHSAA Basketball Coaches Committee.

Indian Springs School is a national leader in coed boarding and day education in grades 8-12, located 16 miles from downtown Birmingham.
