Hal and Trina Brown of Calera would like to announce the birth of their daughter Ava Kolette Brown on March 3, 2011. She weighed 5 pounds, 5 ounces and was 17-inches long. Ava was born at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. She is the little sister of Davis. Her maternal grandparents are Terry and Linda Sims of Alabaster, and her paternal grandparents are Grant and Betty Brown of McKenzie. She is the great-granddaughter of Betty Sims of Anniston.
