The Vincent High School baseball team defeated Fultondale 8-7 in extra innings in high school baseball action April 8.

Chase Howard led the Yellow Jackets at the plate as he finished 2-for-4 with a double. Howard drove in three runs and scored one run in the victory.

Michael Gilham went 1-for-2 with a double and scored one run. Jacob FIelds finished 1-for-1 and scored one run.

Zac Baucom earned the win on the mound after allowing six earned runs on 11 hits with a strikeout and two walks in an eight-inning complete game.
