Bostick, Moore and Shuleva nominated to succeed Joiner

The Shelby County Judicial Commission on March 28 nominated three attorneys for consideration to fill the temporary vacancy created with the resignation of Circuit Judge J. Michael Joiner.
The commission has nominated Bill Bostick, Corey Moore and Richard Shuleva. Gov. Robert Bentley will select one of the three to serve as a Circuit Court judge until the next general election.
Joiner resigned to fulfill an appointment to the state Court of Criminal Appeals.
