Mr. and Mrs. Raymond and Margaret Stinson Lyon celebrated their 68th wedding anniversary on March 6, 2011, at a family luncheon given by their children. Mr. Lyon is from Wilsonville, and is retired from the Union Carbide Corporation, Linde Division. Mrs. Lyon is from Columbiana, and is a retired realtor.

They have two proud sons, Ray Lyon, Jr., (Sheila) of Birmingham and Sam Lyon (Karen) of Coral Springs, Fla. and one proud daughter, Sherry White (Byron) of Birmingham. They have 10 beloved grandchildren and four precious great-grandchildren.

Their family is inspired by the love and devotion they have shared throughout the years and thanks them for the joy and family memories they have provided.
