-Theft of property/juvenile runaway from, the 400 block of St. Ann’s Drive, Birmingham. Stolen and recovered was a 2004 Ford Expedition valued at $12,000. Stolen was $200 in U.S. currency.
-Theft of property from the 4600 block of Valleydale Road, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a utility trailer valued at $895.
-Theft of property from Plu Drive, Montevallo (commercial). Stolen was a 1998 utility trailer valued at $800.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280 (Sports Plex), Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were an electronic remote key valued at $100, cards, a wallet and $20 in U.S. currency.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were bags with contents, a leather wallet and contents and a Samsung cell phone.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 4700 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were a purse and contents.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 1900 block of Highway 145, Shelby (church). Stolen were a HK .40-caliber firearm valued at $385 and an iPod valued at $300.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 100 block of Pine Knoll Circle. Stolen were a Dell desktop computer valued at $300. Damaged in the amount of $300 was a rear door.
-Theft of property/escape from Heardmont Park, Highway 119, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen and recovered was a 2009 Ford F-350.

Confiscated, seized were1 gram Phentenmine pills, 9.8 grams Cyclobenzapr pills, 5.5 grams marijuana in a clear plastic bag, rolling papers, a pipe used to smoke marijuana and a grinder.
