The following are incident and offense reports from the Shelby County Sheriff’s Office from Jan. 26-Feb.1:
Jan. 26
-Domestic violence – harassment from the 3300 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from Radio Tower Road off County Road 22, Montevallo (other, unknown). Stolen were 13 metal run stands valued at $2,100.
-Rape from Brent Road, Chelsea.
-Domestic violence – harassment/criminal mischief from the 1400 block of Egg and Butter Road, Columbiana. Damaged was an exterior aluminum screen door in the amount of $125.
-Burglary from the 1800 block of Highway 30, Columbiana. Stolen was a Dell Inspiron laptop computer valued at $450.
-Allowing livestock to roam at large from the 300 block of County Road 39, Chelsea. Damaged was livestock.
-Property damage from the 16000 block of U.S. Highway 280. Damaged was a 2007 Nissan Maxima in the amount of $250.
-Harassing communications from the 4900 block of Indian Valley Road, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 5100 block of Lee Street Drive, Birmingham (other, unknown). Damaged was a glass window in the amount of $100.
-Civil dispute from Cameron Woods Subdivision, Chelsea (other, unknown).
-Harassing communications from over the phone from the 29000 block f Highway 25, Wilsonville (other, unknown).
-Criminal trespass/criminal mischief from the 700 block of Highway 31 South, Alabaster. Damaged was a “for rent” sign.
-Miscellaneous information from the 9000 block of South Main Street, Wilsonville (parking lot, garage).
-Criminal mischief from the 1900 block of Highway 31, Calera. Damaged was a garage roll-up door.
-Criminal mischief from the 1600 block of Morning Sun Circle, Birmingham. Damaged was a front door and doorjamb.
-Domestic incident from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Burglary from the 800 block of Meadow Drive, Birmingham. Stolen was a Zippo lighter.
-Theft of property from the 3000 block of Highway 93, Helena (other, unknown). Stolen was a white letter size envelope, clear plastic window, unopened valued at $5.
-Domestic violence investigation from Bonnie Blue Lane, Columbiana.
-Miscellaneous information from Bonnie Blue Lane, Columbiana.
-Identity theft from the 31000 block of Highway 25, Wilsonville.
Jan. 27
-Domestic investigation/suicidal person from Lakeside Drive, Birmingham.
-Civil dispute from the 200 block of McGowan Road, Wilsonville.
-Harassing communications from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby.
-Theft from the 100 block of Blue Loop, Montevallo. Stolen were copper wire, aluminum wire and two batteries.
-Violation of Alabama Registration Act from the 2200 block of Highway 31, Calera.
-Theft of property/criminal mischief from the 3500 block of Cahaba Beach Road, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were 26 feet of copper sheeting and 18 feet of copper cable. Damaged was a cell tower in the amount of $2,500.
-Death investigation from the 100 block of River Birch Road, Chelsea.
-Burglary/theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 49, Chelsea. Stolen were prescription medications, U.S. currency and five packs of Fortuna cigarettes.
-Domestic violence/harassment from the 1000 block of Westover Road.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from Wal-mart parking lot. Stolen was a Sanyo MP3 player valued at $50.
-Theft of property from Girl Scout Road, Chelsea. Stolen were a Savage MK2 .22-caliber bolt-action firearm valued at $100, a Simmons scope and a log splitter.
-Miscellaneous information/possible drug activity from the 3300 block of Shetland Trace, Birmingham.
-Possession of controlled substance from Shelby County Jail, booking (jail, prison). Recovered were nine Acetaminophen Hydrocodone (.7 grams).
-Miscellaneous information from the 900 block of County Road 441, Wilsonville.
Jan. 28
-Burglary from the 100 block of Wakota Trail, Wilsonville. Stolen were seven firearms valued at $1,850 and a Wii game console valued at $200.
-Civil dispute from the 800 block of Shoal Run Trail, Birmingham.
-Wrecker cancellation from Highway 25 near Gould Road, Columbiana.
-Criminal mischief from the 3600 block of Tall Timber Drive, Birmingham. Damages included tire tracks in a front yard.
-Leaving the scene of an accident from Highway 280 at Brook Highland Parkway, Birmingham (highway, street). Damaged were vehicles.
-Burglary from the 2000 block of Eagle Ridge Drive, Birmingham (commercial). Stolen were items valued at more than $1,827.88.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Dogwood Circle, Birmingham (other, unknown). Stolen were two window air conditioning units valued at $800 and copper from a Goodman heat pump. Damaged in the amount of $2,000 was a Goodman heat pump.
-Domestic violence from the 52000 block of Highway 25, Vandiver.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a vehicle from the 7000 block of Highway 119, Alabaster (field, woods). Stolen was an Apple Version Two antique computer valued at $500. Damaged in the amount of $150 was a rear door window.
-Unlawful breaking and entering a motor vehicle from Highway 260 and Gurney Mine Road, Montevallo (construction). Stolen were a Cobra 29 CB radio and a Connex 3300 CB radio. Damaged was a passenger side window on a 2006 Western Star.
-Possession of drug paraphernalia from U.S. Highway 280 East and Bancorp South, Birmingham (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were a glass pipe used to smoke marijuana and a white medicine container with marijuana residue.
-Imitation controlled substance distribution/imitation controlled substance possession from the 10500 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college). Recovered was a green leafy substance .3 grams.
-Death investigation from the 700 block of Forest Lakes Drive, Sterrett. Listed were various medications.
-Burglary from Chism Circle, Montevallo. Stolen were copper and aluminum wire. Damaged was an inside breaker box. Suffix (03).

-Theft of property from the 300 block of Hebb Road, Wilsonville (parking lot, garage). Stolen was a galvanized bicycle rack valued at $575.
-Theft of property from Hill Street, Wilsonville. Stolen was a 2004 Saturn Ion valued at $15,000.
-Runaway from the 1000 block of Williams Trace, Birmingham.

-Domestic investigation from the 100 block of Heatherbrooke Road, Birmingham.

-Animal bite from Highway 55, Sterrett (restaurant).
-Harassing a sports official from the 5400 block of Highway 280, Birmingham (other, unknown).
-Possession of drug paraphernalia/illegal possession of prescription drugs from Spring Creek Camp Road, Shelby (highway, street). Confiscated, seized were 70 Amitripyline Hydrochloride pills .25 milligram weighing 32 grams, a digital scale, plastic bag, five syringes with residue and a spoon with residue.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.
-Burglary from the 100 bloc of Solomon Drive, Wilsonville.
-Burglary from the 100 block of McDaniel Drive, Wilsonville.
-Theft of property from Gibson Road, Columbiana (field, woods). Stolen was a John Deere aerator valued at $1,000.

-Animal complaint from the 400 block of Highway 31 South, Calera.
-Domestic investigation from the 2900 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham.
-Unauthorized use of vehicle from River Hills Business Park (parking lot). Involved a 2006 Toyota Tundra.
-Burglary from the 5000 block of Highway 30, Columbiana. Stolen were a Sentury safe valued at $200, a Sharp 42-inch flat screen television valued at $600, jewelry valued at $2,000 and collectible coins valued at $5,000.
-Domestic violence from Hillsdale Drive, Columbiana.
-Burglary from the 100 block of Vick Drive, Wilsonville (other, unknown). Stolen were copper wiring valued at $200, a washing machine valued at $50 and a clothes dryer valued at $50.
-Domestic violence assault from the 400 block of Book Highland Lane, Birmingham.
-Death investigation from the 800 block of Third Street Northeast, Alabaster.
-Death investigation from Shelby Drive, Birmingham. Listed as damaged, destroyed were various medications.
-Harassing communications from the 5000 block of Highway 32, Wilsonville.

-Theft of property from Book Highland Lane, Birmingham (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Murry mountain bike valued at $125 and a rear reflector panel from a 2004 Cadillac CTS vehicle valued at $300.
-Harassing communications from the 6600 block of Whitetail Drive, Birmingham.
-Criminal mischief from the 100 block of Turtle Point, Shelby. Damaged was a sliding glass window in the amount of $500.
-Miscellaneous information (fight) from the 10000 block of Highway 11, Chelsea (school, college).
-Harassing communications from the 7000 block of Highway 155, Montevallo.
-Juvenile runaway from the 400 block of Emerald Trace, Chelsea.
-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle from the 3600 block of Buck Horn Cove, Birmingham. Stolen was a purse valued at $10 and various cards.
-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 4000 block of County Road 69, Chelsea (other, unknown). Damaged was an 8-foot section of barbed wire in the amount of $75. Stolen were 43 copper structures from a power substation valued at $3,260.
-Criminal trespass/theft of property from the 7000 block of County Road 39, Chelsea (other, unknown). Damaged was a 12-foot high chain link fence in the amount of $150. Stolen were 30 copper structures from a power substation valued at $2,274.70.
-Theft of property/criminal trespass from Sterrett (other, unknown). Stolen were 60 structures of copper wire valued at $4,559.80.
Burglary from the 100 block of Hunter Lane, Vandiver. Stolen were two sets of keys valued at $10.
-Theft of property from the 7000 block of Highway 49, Chelsea (field, woods). Stolen were eight to 10 acres of timber valued at $10,000.

-Unlawful breaking and entering vehicle/theft of property from the 19000 block of Highway 145, Shelby (parking lot, garage). Stolen were a Remington 308 automatic firearm valued at $800 and a .38-claiber Colt Special Chief firearm valued at $500.
-Civil dispute from the 5900 block of Forest Lakes Cove, Sterrett.
-Theft from the 4100 block of Highway 47, Shelby. Stolen was a Samsung cell phone valued at $75.
